Our technical support and maintenance plans are service packages that we'll provide you with on a monthly basis to ensure a good performance and security of your computers, network and devices (servers, PCs, Macs, tablets, etc.) for individuals, freelancers, and businesses.

We want to take care of the maintenance of your IT infrastructure and ensure that everything will function correctly and optimally. We will take care each month of whatever you need, such as backups, maintenance of your devices at a software or physical level, emergency repairs, help desk, etc

We advise you to choose the right products for your needs, optimizing resources and performance. We offer flexible monthly plans where we will add just the services you need.

BUSINESS PLAN FLAT RATE

In exchange for a monthly fee, the client's IT maintenance needs are covered, including labor and travel expenses. This is the best maintenance plan for clients requiring immediate attention and preventive work.

Prices are approximate and subject to an initial interview and analysis of needs. Periodically, both parties evaluate whether the fixed fee is adequate based on service usage and satisfaction.

In the event of any technical issues, the client contacts our Technical Support Service. 80% of interventions are resolved remotely; if this is not possible, a technician will travel to the client's office. All required travel expenses are included in the fee.

All interventions are recorded in our systems. If there are any unused hours, they will be deducted from the next invoice. For example, if no interventions are carried out in a month for which payment has been made, nothing would be charged the following month as the hours from the previous month, for which payment has already been made, were not used.

Hourly Bonus

In addition to our flat and flexible rates, we also offer hourly bonuses. Bonuses are consumed in half-hour increments. The client does not pay for the travel expenses of the technical personnel visiting their premises, but the travel time is counted as part of the intervention.

On-site Assistance Bonus

The assistance bonus is the economical option that guarantees you service without financial surprises. The client purchases a service hour bonus and consumes them as needed, without an expiration date. The minimum time attributable to an on-site assistance is half an hour.

Help Deks Bonus

Similarly, the client can purchase remote assistance bonuses. This involves a Tech Support technician connecting via the internet to the client's computer/device (always with prior authorization) to resolve any issues.

Software Maintenance

Hardware Maintenance

Help Desk

Corporate Emails

We will create email accounts for your company and assist you in the configuration and backup in email apps.

Networking

We will do monthly reviews after conducting a prior report of your internal network to ensure that everything is correct and functioning securely.

Cybersecurity

Computer security audits and reports, reviewing your equipment to ensure they are free of viruses and malware.
