Data retention in accordance with the LSSI:
Tech Support informs that, as a provider of data hosting services and in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains, for a maximum period of 12 months, the necessary information to identify the origin of the hosted data and the moment when the service provision began. The retention of this data does not affect the confidentiality of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, being made available to the courts and/or tribunals or the Ministry requesting them.
The communication of data to the State Security Forces and Corps will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on the protection of personal data.
Tech Support holds all copyrights, intellectual property, industrial property, know-how, and any other rights related to the contents of the website techsupport.es and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information.

The user must respect the third-party programs provided by Tech Support, even if they are free and/or publicly available. Tech Support holds the exploitation rights and necessary intellectual property rights of the software. The user does not acquire any rights or license for the service contracted, regarding the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor for the technical service tracking information, except for the rights and licenses necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted services and only during their duration.
For any action that exceeds the scope of the contract, the user will require written authorization from Tech Support. It is prohibited for the user to access, modify, view the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by Tech Support without authorization. The user assumes civil and criminal liability resulting from any incident that may occur on the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious actions on their part.
It is prohibited to use contrary to intellectual property legislation of the services provided by Tech Support, and in particular:
• The use that contravenes Spanish laws or infringes upon the rights of third parties.
• The publication or transmission of any content that, in the judgment of Tech Support, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic, or defamatory.
• Cracks, serial numbers of programs, or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• The collection and/or use of personal data from other users without their express consent or in contravention of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
• The use of the domain's mail server and email addresses for sending unwanted mass emails.
The user is fully responsible for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hyperlinks, third-party claims, and legal actions regarding intellectual property, third-party rights, and child protection.
The user is responsible for complying with current laws and regulations, as well as rules related to the operation of online services, e-commerce, copyright, maintaining public order, and universal principles of Internet use.
The user shall indemnify Tech Support for any expenses incurred by Tech Support in any case where responsibility lies with the user, including legal fees and defense costs, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.
• Cracks, serial numbers of programs, or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Tech Support performs backups of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the complete replacement of deleted data by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backups made by Tech Support if this loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, always subject to the user's acceptance.
The replacement of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Tech Support.
In accordance with the LSSI, Tech Support will not send advertising or promotional communications via email or any other electronic means of communication unless they have been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.
In the case of users with whom there is a pre-existing contractual relationship, Tech Support is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services similar to those initially contracted with the client.
In any case, the user, upon verifying their identity, may request not to receive further commercial information through Customer Service channels.
